Born in Lisbon, Gabriel discovered his passion for music at an early age while studying at the Instituto Gregoriano de Lisboa. In the mid-1980s, his family relocated to the Algarve, where he began formal lessons in guitar and composition.
 

By the mid-1990s, Gabriel moved to London to pursue advanced studies in music. He attended the Musicians Institute and later completed a BTEC in Popular Music at City & Islington College, followed by a BMus (Hons) in Composition at the London College of Music.

Over the years, Gabriel has built a versatile career as a composer, working across a wide range of genres and mediums, including concert music, film, television, radio, and new media. In the last decade, he has contributed as an Additional Music Composer on major Hollywood film productions, further cementing his reputation as a dynamic and accomplished artist.
